A science graduate with 23 years of distinguished service in Central Government departments, Mr. Irfan Chapra transitioned to the family business in 2008 after taking voluntary retirement as a Grade-II Gazetted Officer. He spearheaded Chapra Financial Services, a trading member of the National Stock Exchange, and later expanded into construction as Director of Alfa Urban Developers Pvt. Ltd., Buildtech Spaces Pvt. Ltd., and Gold Crest Pvt. Ltd. Under his leadership, multiple residential and commercial projects have been conceived, launched, and executed. With extensive experience in government relations, finance, and construction, he is uniquely positioned to guide Buildtech Infra toward new heights of growth and innovation.

Dr. Faraaz Irfan Chapra

Dr. Faraaz Irfan Chapra is the Director of Chapra Capital Ventures Pvt. Ltd., bringing expertise in investment and financial services. He began his career with J.P. Morgan, gaining exposure to global capital markets, and later leveraged this experience to build Chapra Capital into a trusted partner for mid-sized businesses. Under his leadership, the firm has successfully advised on IPOs and public fund-raising, and expanded its assets under advisory through its investment arm, Sirius A Securities. Dr. Chapra focuses on strategic diversification and sustainable growth, positioning the company for long-term success across industries.
